So I was looking around for some really good real life examples of the cognitive functions. Most online resources have great descriptions/definitions of the types, but I really struggled to find real life examples.
For me, real life examples really help in my journey of understanding. I enjoy the theoretical, more than hands on application even, but now that I have pretty much exhausted the supply of theory on this subject I've decided I would take a look at better explanations- examples that are applicable to everyday life, ones I can relate to my own life.
Cuz I obviously don't fully get the cognitive functions; I have yet to really recognize myself using them everyday.
K so...I found one real life example about personality tests and cognitive functions. The blog owner's post is actually only about 2 of the 8 cognitive functions. I really wish she would write more articles like that. I have found very short examples on other sites throughout the web, but none really are long enough to give me a good, in depth look at the functions.
The author posted a chart in the post, which can be seen first after just a few sentences of text. The chart explains the two functions, introverted and extroverted sensing, very well. She took her information from online sources and assimilated it into an easily readable, understandable format.
